Our employees also offer their time and skills and help several of local and community organizations. Through a concerted effort pioneered by HR, we took a number of steps to strengthen employee volunteer efforts. This also included launching a section of our website to provide customers and employees with information on current community activities, as well as offering links to private and public community organizations that support develop many local action plans.
